Women & Children's Rights, Gender Equality Policy

WOMEN'S RIGHTS AND GENDER EQUALITY POLICY

Our company operates with the awareness that human rights apply to all individuals regardless of gender. We embrace the principle of equal pay for equal work, equal opportunity, and equal rights for both male and female employees. Women's rights to work, education, and social security are among our fundamental values.

Women's rights are based on freedom and equality. Every woman has the right to freely express her thoughts and opinions and to have equal rights with men. Our organization supports and protects these rights of our female employees.

With the understanding that women and men have equal rights, we encourage women's participation in the workforce in all departments.

We base our work assignments on the principles of fairness and equality.

We do not allow practices that prevent women from having equal access to opportunities, resources, and services.

We create work environments that support work-life balance.

We encourage women's participation in management positions and offer equal career opportunities.

We prioritize the protection of women from all forms of abuse, harassment, discrimination, and violence; and we uphold gender equality in all our corporate plans and practices.

CHILDREN'S RIGHTS POLICY

Since the tourism sector is an area that involves intensive interaction with children, protecting the safety and well-being of children is our priority. Our hotels adopt a defined approach and strategy to systematically protect children's rights. We recognize children as individuals, respect their rights, and protect them against all forms of physical, psychological, and commercial exploitation.

In this context, we prioritize the happiness of children above all else, take preventive measures against all forms of exploitation, and support efforts to prevent them from becoming vulnerable. We provide child protection training to our staff and contribute to child protection events and organizations. We do not accept reservations from guests under the age of 18 who do not have a legal parent-child relationship, request consent forms when necessary, and report suspicious situations involving children to the relevant authorities.
